Financial Wellness @ Work

I am able to load one video at a time. If you are interested in viewing other videos than the one posted, I can email the video to you.

A tremendous amount of stress for many families involves money, especially after the holidays. Many people have good intentions to create a budget, get bills paid off, and/or start a savings account but may feel overwhelmed by lack of good information and a plan to get started. Others would finally like to understand the best way to save for retirement, or invest money into health savings accounts or other areas. Fremont County would like to help.

Beginning in January, the Wellness Program will be offering to all employees:

· The Financial Wellness @ Work Workbook

· Access to accompanying lessons on each chapter on the                       Wellness Website

· Guest speakers on financial matters and other resources

The workbook, published by the Wellness Council of America, covers everything from building a budget, and managing and eliminating personal debt, to saving and investing for the future and choosing the best insurance policies.  The workbook is not only a great resource for employees, but also their adult children just getting started on their own, or other family members.

Please contact Penny or your supervisor to receive your workbook.
